The National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI) is the professional organisation in Australia responsible for developing and maintaining standards for the translating and interpreting profession. NAATI is the sole organisation that provides The Credentialed Community Language (CCL) test is an assessment of your ability to communicate at a community level between two languages (English and another language). Please note this test is available online only. The CCL test is generally taken by people who plan to apply for a points-based skilled migration visa in Australia that awards 5 extra points for Credentialed Community Language holders.

HOW DOES AQF WORKS?
Australian Qualifications Framework
In Australian education and training, the AQF serves as the national strategy for regulated qualifications. The qualifications from each education and training sector (schools, vocational, and higher education) are incorporated into a single comprehensive national qualifications framework, which is provided by the Australian Government Department of Education, Skills and Employment in consultation with the states and territories.

Required Documents

Required Documents
The colleges and universities in Australia primarily offer three intakes. February and July are the main intakes. Beside this, there are some universities and colleges that offered October and November intake. For international student at bachelor’s, master’s and PhD level, there are many scholarships that are offered by Australian universities. There are some university scholarships which are based on the merit. On the basis of academic performance, students get scholarships from 10% to 50%. Australia is one of the affordable countries for international students if they do proper planning as the education and living expenses are high to standards. Depending on the selected course and university to study, the average tuition fee range between AUD 14,000 to 50,000 per annum for an international student. The average cost of living for a person is up to AUD 21,041 and 2000 travelling expenses* (subject to change)
The Process
Apply to the chosen University and receive Conditional/Unconditional Offer Letter. Student will receive the ‘Letter of Offer’ if the application is successful. The student is advised to read it carefully and respond to the institution by sending an acceptance letter.

- Qualify GTE (Genuine Temporary Entrant) assessment which includes:
- Statement of Purpose (SOP)
- Financial ability
- Purchase Overseas Student Health Cover
- Confirmation of Enrolment
- After accepting the offer letter and payment of the fees, the student will receive an Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) via email. The email will have information regarding the commencement of the course, course fee, and complete tenure of the course.
- Visa Application
- The student needs to proceed with the visa formalities, where the student needs to show the Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) along with the visa application and documents.
